1. How soon can I receive the cartoons?
When I receive the payment I'll
send you a download link for the cartoon. I period of
time of 48 hours is the maximum, usually I'll send you
the same day.
2. Can
you send me a cartoon catalog?
There is no printed version of my catalog.
You can see all my cartoons in the online catalog
of this web site.
3. How do I get permission to download some of your cartoons?
You can select and order cartoons directly from
this website. Please see the rate page for how mutch
you will be charged.
You can search cartoons by topic or keyword on
search page.
After completing your payment by credit card, you will receive
an email with instruction for downloading the cartoon you selected.
4. Will the cartoons you send me have the watermark "Sample"
that I see on all the cartoons in the catalog?
No, the cartoons you purchase will not have the watermark.
5. Can you add color to a black
and white cartoon?
Yes, but I charge an additional fee for color art. Please contact me regarding the
usage you have in mind, and I will quote a rate for color cartoons.
6. Can I use your cartoons on my website?
Yes, you
just have to buy the cartoon with the Web Site licence.
7. Can you draw a custom cartoon for me?
Yes, I will be happy to discuss a cartoon
specifically drawn for your project. Custom-drawn cartoons are
appropriate business use.
However, because the price is moderately expensive, it would not be an
affordable personnal gift. I have a limited amount of
time free in my schedule,
and depending on when you contact me I may or may not be able to
fit your project in.
8. Can I use one of your cartoons in an advertisement, or a direct mail postcard, or on t-shirt?
Yes, I'll be glad to discuss any of those uses with you.
9. When I receive the cartoon, what file format will it be in?
It
depends on the licence you bought:
- Web
licence, the cartoons will be large or long of 450px, gif file
- Presentation
licence, the cartoons will be large or long of 900px, pc tif files.
- Print licence,
the cartoons will be large or long of 1800px, pc tif files.
However, if you need the cartoon in a doc file, eps, psd, or jpeg, I will be happy to
convert the image to that file format.
10. May I use your cartoons in my bulk email? In my broadcast faxes?
If you are sending email or faxes to your existing clients, yes. But if
your email is to prospective customers, and could be considered spam, then no. If your
faxes are going to prospective customers, and could be considered junk faxes, then no.
